About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leadership. The role requires strong organisational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Executive & Administrative Support • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Handle correspondence, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks. • Act as a gatekeeper by prioritising communication and requests. • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Coordination & Communication • Serve as a primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders. • Coordinate meetings, calls, and leadership interactions across teams. • Ensure timely follow-ups on action items, requests, and approvals.Meetings & Documentation • Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials. • Record minutes where required and track action items to closure. • Maintain organised and up-to-date records of meetings, documents, and communications.Logistics & Scheduling • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel. • Support logistics for leadership meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements. • Ensure smooth scheduling across multiple priorities and time zones.Qualifications & Skills: • 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability. • Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate requirements and take initiative. • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in MS Office.
