The role requires ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to statutory requirements in all financial matters.Key Responsibilities:Income Tax & Compliance:Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (company & individuals)Ensuring timely TDS/TCS compliance, filing, and reconciliationRepresentation before tax authorities for hearings and assessmentsAccounting & Finalization:Manage day-to-day accounting operationsLedger scrutiny, reconciliations, and documentationFinalization of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual accountsGST Compliance:Handle GST reconciliation, returns, and documentationProvide support for GST-related requirements during finalization and assessmentsAudit & Controls:Ensure timely completion of Statutory and Tax AuditsMonitor compliance with Internal Control Systems and Accounts ManualCoordinate with auditors and handle audit-related queriesSkills & Attributes:Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory lawsProficiency in accounting software and MS OfficeExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to manage deadlines and multitask effectively
