Primary Purpose of the Role Develop regional marketing plans, in alignment with brand guidelines & national channel program of the key strategic brands and measure the performance volume & brand health. Implement and evaluate both trade and consumer promotions for the priority channels on time and within budget in order to maximize the return on investmentResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement off-premises trade solutions with retailers to gain market share and track sales executions and resultsCollaborate with the sales team in the development of key trade customers through the formulation and implementation of account strategies and plans to maximize volume and share performance.Identify the right POC & execute the brand assets and measure the growthInteracting with internal & external stakeholders to ensure execution as per the defined guidelinesRequired Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Education & Experience Graduation (any degree) with 3-7 years’ experience.Ideal – Post Graduation or Diploma/Degree in Communication/Public Relations/Hotel Management or MBA in Sales/Marketing with 2-5 years’ experience.Skills & Knowledge Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Focused, detailed, and disciplined approach to tasks Personal Attributes High energy Solution-oriented and positive attitude Exceptional customer orientation Fast-mover, quick to adapt Flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment Integrity and professionalism Quench your thirst for success.
