You will lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and build long-term client relationships while representing the brand with excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day perfume store operations and sales performance Drive revenue through personalized selling and client outreach Handle billing, POS transactions, cash handling, and inventory coordination Deliver expert fragrance consultations using strong perfumery knowledge Leverage and grow yourpersonal client databasefor repeat business Uphold brand standards, grooming, and premium service etiquette Support launches, activations, and exclusive client events Candidate ProfileRequired Experience & Skills 4–5 years of experience in luxury retail / airport duty-free / premium brands Strong knowledge of perfumery and fragrance storytelling Existing personal client database with repeat customers Fluent English communication skills (mandatory) Excellent relationship-building and sales abilities Professional grooming and refined presence Passion for niche perfumery and luxury customer experience
