Key Responsibilities: The role involves leading warehousing and outbound shipping performance end-to-end, while building a robust distribution planning rhythm as we scale channels and volumes. This is a high-ownership role - leading for commercials, partner performance, and key cost metrics.1) Warehouse (3PL) performance & relationship management Own 3PL warehouse SLAs: inbound putaway, pick-pack accuracy, dispatch TAT, returns processing, shrinkage control. Run weekly/monthly performance reviews, root-cause analysis, and improvement plans. Improve SOPs, audit readiness, and exception handling to reduce customer-impacting errors. 2) Courier partner performance management Own courier selection, onboarding, and daily performance tracking (pickup adherence, delivery TAT, NDR/RTO %, damage/loss, reverse logistics). Build a structured escalation and governance mechanism with partners to maintain service quality at scale. 3) Distribution & stock movement planning Plan and execute stock movement across nodes/channels (e.g., primary warehouse → secondary locations/marketplaces/dark stores as applicable). Maintain inventory health through replenishment planning, safety stock logic, lead-time management, and visibility reporting. Partner closely with demand/commercial teams to align inventory availability with growth plans. 4) Commercials & P&L ownership Own rate cards/contracts and negotiate commercials as volumes scale (forward, reverse, COD, volumetric, surcharges). Track logistics + warehousing costs vs targets; identify levers to improve unit economics without compromising customer experience. 5) Systems & reporting (Unicommerce + Excel) Own day-to-day operations onUnicommerce : order flow, shipping rules, courier allocation logic, tracking hygiene, exception queues. Build strong Excel-based reporting (pivots, advanced formulas, dashboards; Power Query a plus) for cost, SLA, and inventory movement insights.Good to have: 4–8 years inwarehouse operations + courier management(D2C/ecom/retail supply chain). Strong experience managing3PL warehousesandcourier partnerswith measurable SLA outcomes. Hands-on working knowledge ofUnicommerce(required). Advanced Excel skills (required): pivots, lookups, IF logic, reconciliation, dashboards; Power Query/VBA is a plus. Comfortable owningcommercial negotiationsand being accountable to cost and service targets. Structured, calm under pressure, and able to work cross-functionally. Exposure toQ-commerce / hyperlocaloperations (tight cut-offs, dark store replenishment, high SLA pressure). Experience inBeauty & Personal Care(fragile/liquid SKUs, returns hygiene, batch/expiry awareness, compliance mindset).
