About the RoleWe are hiring a Chief of Staff to act as the strategic extension and execution partner of the Founder. This is a high-trust, high-impact leadership role that sits at the center of strategy, operations, communication, and decision-making.The Chief of Staff works as the Founder’s shadow—helping set priorities, driving critical initiatives, aligning teams, and ensuring the company moves fast and in the right direction. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a COO, Business Head, or Strategy Leader.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Priority Management: Work with the Founder to define company priorities, OKRs, and execution roadmaps Break high-level vision into clear, actionable initiatives Track strategic initiatives and ensure closure Support data-driven decision-making2. Cross-Functional Execution: Drive founder-priority projects end-to-end Coordinate across Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, and Product Remove blockers and ensure alignment across teams Step in to manage critical initiatives directly when required3. Communication & Alignment: Prepare briefs, dashboards, and internal updates for leadership Run leadership meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-through Act as a communication bridge between Founder and senior team Ensure clarity, accountability, and execution discipline4. Founder Enablement: Act as the Founder’s proxy in internal discussions Filter information, escalate what matters, and reduce noise Prepare presentations, notes, and decision memos Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion5.
