This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Digital Marketing Head, specializing in Retention Marketing & MarTech. The role includes developing and overseeing marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, managing marketing campaigns focused on retention, analyzing customer behavior and trends, and employing MarTech tools for effective marketing. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.Overall Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Budget Management:Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal ROI and resource allocation.In previous experience, I should have managed a budget of a minimum of 25 million per year.Performance Measurement:Track, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.Staying Current:Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 10+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume Digital Marketing projects - Demonstrated record of success in digital marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth B2C environment. - Proven experience in Google Ads and its latest updates - Experience in SEM, SEO, Social media, Email marketing, Native platforms, Paid advertising and Influencer marketing - Strong experience in Native campaigns and SEM campaigns - Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and campaigns. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. - Knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
