Objective of the role: Hairdresser Job involves , consulting with clients, then cutting, coloring, washing, and styling hair, using various tools and products, while also maintaining a clean workspace, recommending hair care, and building client relationships.Job Description: Discussing needs, preferences, hair type, and recommending suitable styles, colors, and treatments.Performing cuts, trims, styling (blow-drying, curling, straightening), coloring.Applying conditioning, therapeutic oils, masks, and treating scalp conditions.Keeping workstations, tools, and the salon environment clean and disinfected.Recommending and selling hair care products and styling tools.Managing appointments, handling payments, and maintaining inventory. Key Skills & Requirements:Proficiency with scissors, clippers, dryers, irons, coloring, and styling techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and understand clients.Staying current with trends and adapting styles to individual features.Ensuring a positive client experience and fostering loyalty.Precision in cutting and coloring.Ability to work efficiently and flexibly, including evenings/weekends.
