Our Accounting Advisory (ARC) practice partners with clients on complex accounting, financial reporting, and transaction-related matters.Role OverviewAs an Assistant Manager in the Accounting Advisory team, you will support and wok on client engagements by delivering high-quality accounting and financial reporting advisory services under Ind AS, IFRS, and GAAP conversion. You will work closely with Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners while mentoring junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Advisory SupportAssist in providing accounting advisory services on complex technical accounting matters under Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAPSupport engagements involving:GAAP conversions and accounting framework transitionsRevenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, and share-based paymentsFinancial reporting, disclosures, and regulatory compliancePrepare and review technical accounting memos, whitepapers, and accounting position documentsSupport Managers/Senior Managers in managing client relationships and engagement executionEnsure timely delivery of high-quality outputs in line with engagement plansStay updated on accounting standards and regulatory developmentsQualifications & ExperienceCA qualified4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting advisoryPrior experience in Big 4 or leading consulting firms preferredStrong working knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and/or US GAAPGood communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing environmentWhy Join UniqusExposure to complex and high-value accounting advisory engagementsOpportunity to work closely with leadership in a growing firmCollaborative and entrepreneurial work cultureClear career progression and learning opportunities
