Recruit, train & deploy outbound direct sales agents in JC area as per the given target, 4. Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge to agents, 5. Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on day to today basis, 6. Ensure JC Level Master Configurations on JHD platform - Agents Stores, PIN Codes, Products, 7. JC territory planning to ensure 100% manning coverage 8. Supervise and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for Home Delivery 9.
