The culture thrives on diligence, creativity, and a passion for meaningful impact.Role Overview:The HR professional with a finance background will manage end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting HR operations. The role requires proficiency in HRMS tools, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication capabilities. A blend of HR and financial understanding will be essential for ensuring accurate and compliant operations.Key Responsibilities:- Utilize diverse sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates. - Conduct candidate assessments including skill evaluations, behavioral interviews, and reference checks. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Manage HRMS for recruitment processes and employee data maintenance. - Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using Excel. - Support HR operations with financial insights to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Handle statutory and organizational compliance requirements including labor laws, PF/ESI, minimum wages, bonus, gratuity, and state-specific regulations. - Ensure timely submission of compliance reports, filings, and audits as per legal standards. - Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and policy documentation aligned with compliance policies.Required Skills & Competencies:- Finance background with hands-on HR/recruitment experience. - Practical experience with HRMS systems. - Strong Excel skills (reporting, data analysis, dashboards). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities with attention to detail. - Knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. - HR certifications (a plus). - Experience in employer branding initiatives. - Understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.Benefits:- Competitive salary. - Opportunities for professional growth and learning. - Dynamic, supportive, and collaborative work environment.
