Hello professionals,we are hiring ALM Administrator/ Lead one of our clientPosition -1 :- ALM Admin Lead - 8+ YearsPosition -2:- ALM Admin -5+ YearsPan IndiaNotice Period : IMMEDIATE to 30 Days(who are serving notice period)Role: ALM Admin LeadPlease focus for ALM LEAD CONSULTANT - UPGRADE + Migration + CONFIGURATION + INSTALLATION with hands on experienceALM+(LRE/Testing tools/Automation/or simple ALM ADMIN )any skills-Skill sets8+ Years of experience in Testing5+ Experience in ALM Administration activities3+ Experience in Migration from Lower version to Higher versionsExperience in patch upgradations and integration with other toolsResponsibilitiesPerform Due Diligence & prepare planning documentInstall and Configure HP ALM 25 with latest patch on target environmentMigrate 1 sample project and validateBackup & restore of project databases, file system repository on to ALM 25 environmentReview the deliverables with customer teamroles and responsibilities.User & Access Management: Creating/deactivating users, assigning roles/groups, managing permissions, setting up password policies, importing users.Project & Domain Management: Creating, copying, renaming, activating/deactivating projects/domains, assigning users to projects, customizing project entities.System Configuration & Maintenance: Customizing workflows, configuring modules (Requirements, Test Plan, etc.), setting up alerts, managing licenses, performing upgrades, monitoring server health.Integration & Support: Integrating ALM with other tools (UFT, Jira), providing user support, troubleshooting technical issues, creating training materials.Process & Performance: Ensuring high availability, optimizing performance, monitoring usage, supporting change management, extracting reports/dashboards, automating repetitive tasks.ALM Workflow Customization, ALM Upgrade and Migration: Workflow Customization using VBScript, Upgrade to newer versions, Migration of ALM Data
