Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather functional and non-functional requirements. Document business processes, workflows, and use cases. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Present findings to stakeholders to support strategic decisions. Process Improvement Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Recommend changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Support implementation of new processes and monitor outcomes. Solution Design & Validation Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Work with development teams to design and implement solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against requirements. Stakeholder Communication Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status updates. Ensure clear communication and alignment across all parties. Project Support Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking. Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed.
