Key Responsibilities- Engage with walk-in or inbound customers to understand requirements. - Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and referrals. - Present product/service information clearly and confidently. - Assist customers throughout the decision-making process. - Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic inquiries. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support. - Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Freshers can apply). - 0–2 years of experience in B2C sales, customer service, retail sales, or telesales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality. - Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer behaviour. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM is a plus.
