Job Overview :We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure timely execution, risk management, and high-quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical program planning, execution, and delivery. Drive alignment across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business teams. Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics. Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests. Track and report program progress using dashboards and status reports. Facilitate technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture alignment. Ensure programs meet quality, security, and compliance requirements. Improve delivery processes using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies. Support release planning, roadmap execution, and post-launch reviews. Act as a single point of accountability for program outcomes.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC). Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery models. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders. Experience managing large-scale, cross-team technical programs. Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
