If your answer is a resounding yes, then we are hunting for you.As a Senior Site Executive at SmartQ, your primary goal will be to take responsibility for managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with the overall strategic goals of the organization. Join us now!Key roles and responsibilities:- Tracking & managing on ground operations of site. - Client relationship management. - Regular tracking of MIS data & reporting. - Resolving on-ground situations & conflicts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges. - Contribute to the development of operational strategies aligned with overall organizational goals. - Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity. - Collaborate with senior management to establish and implement policies and procedures. - Identify potential risks to operations and implement mitigation strategies. - Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or equivalent in Hospitality. - Passionate about providing top-notch service to both clients and employees. - Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. - Sound knowledge and experience of working with food, technology, and people management. - Possess strong communication skills in both English and the local language. - Ensuring positive and excellent experience for all with a positive attitude. - Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge, a passionate learner. - The candidate will be required to work for 6 days a week. - Self-motivated, agile and ability to adapt to a changing environment. - A team player with the ability to lead and manage food partner employees, demonstrating self-motivation to take initiatives.Message from CEO:We've come to realize that we're not merely in the B2B Food service industry; we're in the business of 'Capturing Hearts.'
