Embrace E.A.R.T.H. values, celebrate uniqueness, and drive swift career growth with Pinnaclites!Website: Overview:We are seeking a skilled BIM Professional with strong expertise in Autodesk Inventor tosupport detailed modeling, fabrication design, engineering coordination, and customlibrary/spec creation for industrial, manufacturing, process piping, and modularconstruction projects. The role involves creating high-accuracy 3D models, assemblies,piping/structural catalogs, fabrication drawings, and assisting multidisciplinary designteams in delivering high-quality BIM outputs.Key Responsibilities:1. 3D Modeling & Detailing- Develop accurate 3D models, assemblies, and sub-assemblies using Autodesk Inventor.- Create fabrication-ready part models, weldments, sheet metal components, andparametric assemblies.- Generate 2D fabrication drawings, BOMs, and detailed shop drawings.2. BIM Integration & Coordination- Integrate Inventor models with Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or other BIMplatforms.- Support clash detection, model coordination, and design review sessions.- Export/translate models for BIM workflows (STEP, SAT, DWG, NWC, IFC).3. Specs, Catalogs & Library Creation- Create and manage Inventor iPart and iAssembly families for standardized components.- Develop and maintain custom Content Center libraries aligned with project and clientstandards.- Build detailed catalogs for:• Process piping components (elbows, tees, reducers, valves, flanges, pipe supports)• Piping specifications based on ASME/ANSI standards• Structural libraries (beams, channels, angles, plates, custom steel profiles)• Equipment and modular fabrication components- Convert vendor catalogs into Inventor-friendly libraries.- Configure design rules, parameters, and automation workflows using iLogic.4. Engineering & Fabrication Support- Interpret engineering sketches, P&IDs, GA drawings, and vendor data.- Model piping layouts, pipe supports, structural frames, and equipment assemblies.- Prepare BOMs, material take-offs, and fabrication documentation.5. Quality & Standards Compliance- Adhere to project standards, modeling protocols, and BEPs.- Conduct QC checks on models, drawings, piping catalogs, and structural libraries.- Follow standardized workflows for version control and file management.6. Collaboration & Communication- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and global teams.- Participate in design review meetings.- Support project delivery schedules. Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor (mandatory).- Experience with part modeling, assemblies, sheet metal, weldments, and parametricdesign.- Hands-on experience in creating iParts, iAssemblies, and Content Center libraries.- Strong understanding of process piping components and standards (ASME/ANSI).- Experience in creating piping and structural libraries.- Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, or Revit is an added advantage.- Understanding of fabrication processes, manufacturing standards, and GD&T.- Experience in industrial sectors (oil & gas, semiconductor, chemical, manufacturing,modular fabrication).General Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to interpret complex engineering documentation, including P&IDs and structuralGAs.- Good communication skills.- Ability to work independently and in global teams.Education:- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Preferred Experience:- Knowledge of Vault, Fusion 360, or Inventor Nastran.- Experience in BIM-centric environments.- Exposure to modular design, fabrication workflows, custom catalogs, and standardcreation.Interested candidates, please share your resumes and portfolio at tapass@
