Through a deep appreciation for the science of compatibility, with Verona, we will be using AI for matchmaking based on an individual's core & shared values.The 3 S’s of Verona - Standards, Security, and ScienceRole Brief:We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Intern to support our Relationship Consulting team in delivering a seamless and thoughtful matchmaking experience. In this role, you will work behind the scenes of the relationship journey — translating client information into well-structured profiles, gathering real-time feedback on matches, and supporting relationship coaches in their day-to-day matchmaking operations.Education and Skills:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a Psychology or management related field only. - Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn Figma, Airtable, and other productivity tools. - Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Prior exposure to operations, psychology, or relationship-focused roles is a plus (not mandatory).Key Responsibilities:- Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. - Create and maintain detailed client profiles using Figma, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in presentation. - Coordinate with clients via calls, messages, or emails to gather feedback on the matches shared with them. - Document client feedback, preferences, and responses, and share relevant insights with relationship coaches. - Assist relationship coaches in day-to-day matchmaking and operational tasks, including follow-ups and data updates. - Support the team in tracking client journeys and matchmaking progress using tools like Airtable and other internal software. - Ensure client information is updated, well-organized, and handled with confidentiality. - Help streamline operational processes and suggest improvements where possible.What We Offer:- Mentorship and guidance from industry experts. - Hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. - Opportunities for professional development and networking. - Paid opportunity: Stipend offered for the internship. - On site internship for a duration of 6 months. - PPO opportunity for high performers. - Work directly with top management: Collaborate closely with IIT Roorkie, IIT KGP, IIM Ahmedabad, MDI Gurgaon, and Ivy League graduates.Location/Work Environment: The Vatika Triangle; Gurgaon, IndiaOur office is a creative space in a prime location in Gurgaon, just a 2-minute walk from the M.G.
