Roles & Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team of People Business Partners to deliver core people management processes across multiple business lines. - Drive consistent implementation of people policies, frameworks, and performance cycles within assigned functions. - Partner with business leaders to design and implement people strategies that support organisational goals and workforce engagement. - Lead and support organisational change, transformation, and restructuring initiatives. - Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, resolving escalated people-related issues and promoting a strong people culture. - Provide senior-level strategic and operational HR advice on policies, employment legislation, recruitment, and change management. - Analyse people data, trends, and metrics to recommend and implement solutions, programs, and policies.Requirements- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field. - Extensive experience as an HR Manager or Senior/Lead HR Business Partner across the full employee lifecycle. - Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams in a leadership capacity. - Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with senior leaders. - Experience in complex organisational change management and transformation initiatives. - Ability to drive innovation, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
