You will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, driving talent acquisition, leadership development, performance systems, compensation strategies, culture initiatives, diversity & inclusion, and HR operations across all regions. This role demands a blend of global HR leadership, hospitality services insight, strong organizational development skills, deep cultural sensitivity, and operational execution excellence.Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Partner with the Global CEO and C-Suite to define HR strategies that align with Paperchase’s vision, mission and global growth plans. Lead the development and implementation of global HR frameworks, policies, practices, and processes that foster consistency but are adaptable across diverse regions. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Build and scale a world-class talent acquisition strategy for experienced professionals across finance, analytics, technology and operational support. Drive workforce planning to support expanding offices and service delivery hubs — from the US and UK to Middle East and India. Enhance employer branding to attract top hospitality and accounting talent. Leadership & Organizational Development Design leadership development and succession planning programs to build internal capabilities at all levels. Implement global learning frameworks that support professional growth, technical skill development, and cross-functional mobility. Strengthen performance management with thoughtful goal setting, feedback and reward mechanisms. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all jurisdictions where Paperchase operates.Qualifications & Experience Must-have: Proven.track record (typically 12+ years) in senior HR leadership roles within global or multi-location services organizations. Strong experience scaling HR functions in a high-growth environment. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, performance systems, compensation strategy, and change management. Excellent understanding of cross-border HR compliance and global employment standards. Prior experience in financial services, professional services, or hospitality services is highly desirable.Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Experience supporting “remote-first / hybrid” global teams.
