Please find the job description for your reference.Experience: 5-13 yearsLocation: GurugramPurpose & Key Accountabilities:Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements- Provides expert level guidance and education to marketers and business stakeholders in Next Best Conversation (NBC) best-practice and strategy, with a focus on - How to bring data to life and use effectively in the design of NBC’s. - How to leverage the components of Pega CDH to enable optimisation and management of NBC’s - Leads a team of NBC Consultants and Analysts who are actively involved in the design, configuration and optimisation of NBC’s in Pega CDH. The team will focus on a particular portfolio (e.g. Credit Cards, Home Lending). - Provides insights on portfolio optimisation to maximise the value of NBC’s to Marketing and Business stakeholders - Works with other delivery team leads to ensure effective workload management / sequencing, leveraging best practice for deploying and adapting NBC strategies - covering new offers, propositions and capability build - Sets the bar for and ensures compliance with change management best practices & policiesEssential capabilities- Knowledge of data and it’s application in the design of NBC’s - Knowledge of direct marketing principles and processes - Customer strategy - Expert in contact optimization - Strong analytical capability, with close attention to detail - Communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively present, engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of seniority, - Proactive approach to problem-solvingExperience- Experience in data driven communication roles in complex business settings. - Hands on Pega CDH Experience - Pega Customer Decision Hub expertise highly valued - Experience with Agile behaviours and principlesQualification Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant
