We are now aggressively expanding into Quick Commerce platforms to drive impulse, repeat, and hyperlocal demand.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Quick Commerce Specialist who understands how platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BB Now actually work on ground level — from onboarding SKUs to scaling visibility, availability, and velocity.This role owns end-to-end q-commerce growth for Ved Sanjeevani.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Management- Onboard and manage Ved Sanjeevani SKUs on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BB Now - Coordinate with dark stores, city launch teams, and category managers - Ensure catalog accuracy, pricing parity, images, and descriptionsSupply & Availability- Manage fill rates, stock planning, and replenishment - Coordinate with warehouse & distributors to avoid OOS and ghost inventory - Track city-wise demand and SKU velocityGrowth & Visibility- Execute platform-level promotions (sponsored listings, banners, deal slots) - Work with platform teams on search ranking, shelf placement, and discovery - Analyze conversion, repeat rate, and basket attachAnalytics & Reporting- Track daily metrics: Orders, GMV, ROAS (if ads), availability %, sell-through - Identify winning SKUs by city and optimize assortment - Share weekly growth insights with foundersCross-Team Coordination- Work with marketing & content teams for creatives needed on q-commerce - Align pricing, offers, and launches with D2C & marketplace strategyRequired Skills & Experience- 2–5 years experience in Quick Commerce / FMCG / D2C category management - Hands-on experience with Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart / BB Now - Strong understanding of dark store operations & city-level execution - Data-driven mindset with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills - Prior experience in health, wellness, FMCG, or personal care preferred⭐ Preferred (Bonus)- Existing relationships with category managers / city ops teams - Experience launching brands or SKUs from 0 → scale on q-commerce - Understanding of Ayurvedic / wellness consumer behaviorSuccess Metrics (KPIs)- Platform onboarding & city expansion velocity - Monthly GMV growth on q-commerce - Stock availability % (target >95%) - Repeat purchase rate & SKU velocity - Contribution of q-commerce to total brand revenue
