This role involves end-to-end talent acquisition, proactive sourcing, and close collaboration with internal teams and hiring stakeholders.The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting fundamentals, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and prior Talent Acquisition experience in Sales, Operations, or Technical roles. This position requires high energy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements during US business hours.Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination - Prior TA experience in any of the following - Sales, Operations and Technical hiring is strongly preferred. - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, networking, and internal databases - Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication skills, role fit, and technical or functional alignment - Understand technical roles and screen candidates against defined technical requirements - Coordinate interviews, share feedback, and ensure continuous candidate engagement - Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities - Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment metrics using ATS and sourcing tools - Meet recruitment performance metrics such as outreach volume, interview scheduling, and closures - Ensure timely, professional, and clear communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring processRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in any discipline - 1 – 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition. - Prior TA experience in Sales, Operations, or Technical hiring is strongly preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage candidates - High energy, learning mindset, and performance-driven attitudePreferred Skills- Strong experience in sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search - Ability to manage candidate outreach, follow-ups, and engagement effectively - Experience handling end-to-end recruitment or multiple roles simultaneously - Good understanding of recruiting metrics, pipelines, and performance tracking - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and internal stakeholders - Ability to work closely with hiring managers and internal teams - Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet recruitment KPIs - Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environmentsPerks & Benefits- Family Health Insurance - Provident Fund benefits - Night Shift Allowance - Safe and reliable cab facility for pickup and drop - Rewards & Recognition programs - Energetic work environment with monthly and quarterly engagement activities
