The role involves working closely with agents, consultants, and internal leadership to achieve enrolment targets and ensure high-quality admissions processes.Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain relationships with channel partners, agents, and consultants to drive consistent enrolments - Execute end-to-end admissions processes from enquiry to enrolment via partner channels - Support partner enablement through regular training sessions, briefings, and webinars - Track partner performance, lead pipelines, and conversion metrics using CRM systems - Coordinate outreach activities such as webinars, events, and digital campaigns - Prepare and present regular performance and admissions reports to senior leadershipDesired Profile- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field - 5–6 years of experience in admissions, channel management, or business development (education/EdTech preferred) - Strong relationship management, counselling, and partner coordination skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven admissions environment - Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office / Google Suite, and data reportingAdditional Details- Full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai - Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during peak admission cycles - Occasional travel for outreach and partner engagement activitiesIf you are an experienced admissions professional with a strong passion for channel partnerships, academic outreach, and student engagement, we encourage you to apply.
