Role: ETP-Associate MangerLocation: Bijnor, Uttar PradeshReports to: Sr. Manager MaintenanceAbout the Role:You will lead both project execution and operations for the Utility, ETP, ERS, and ZLD systems. Initially, you will support installation and commissioning of the utility systems. Later, you will manage daily operations and ensure compliance, efficiency, and safety.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Plan daily tasks as per project schedule and ensure timely execution.Coordinate with vendors for equipment delivery and installation.Review engineering designs and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.Conduct site inspections and ensure construction quality and timelines.Manage project risks and escalate issues when needed.Perform heat and mass balance for boiler, water, air, ammonia, and ETP systems.Work with engineering partners for new utility system designs.Operations Management:Lead daily operations of ETP, STP, and ZLD systems.Ensure systems meet environmental standards and regulatory norms (CPCB, NGT, CGWA, etc.).Manage testing, monitoring, and chemical dosing to maintain effluent quality.Develop SOPs, checklists, and quality procedures.Drive water recycle/reuse and improve recovery rates.Track KPIs like flow, COD/BOD, TDS, efficiency, sludge management, etc.Coordinate with vendors for O&M, consumables, and chemicals.Conduct safety and risk assessments and implement corrective actions.Train and develop operational team members.Experience:6+ years in ETP, ERS, and ZLD operations and projects.Knowledge of boilers, ammonia refrigeration, pumps, WTP, HVAC, and piping layouts.Skills:Strong technical knowledge of ETP/ERS/ZLD systems.Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.If you're interested, send your updated resume to Kalyan@Looking forward to hearing from you!
