Currently we are hiring Fund Accounting for leading Fund Management Company.Position: Fund Accounting - Manager - Sr. ManagerLocation: MumbaiIndustry Preferred: BFSIAbout the OrganizationThe organization is a regulated financial services firm established in 2017, operating under SEBI, RBI, and IFSCA guidelines. It provides end-to-end asset servicing solutions to offshore investment managers, institutional investors, and accredited investors. The firm has a strong presence in GIFT City with ancillary service licensing, enabling comprehensive fund administration services including fund accounting, compliance, structuring, and advisory. Assets under servicing exceed USD 3.7 billion, supported by a robust operational and clearing infrastructure.Key Responsibilities- Calculation of NAV and investor allocations; analysis of daily and monthly P&L and NAV movements. - Daily reconciliation of cash and positions between funds and brokers/custodians. - End-to-end management of fund accounting operations for assigned clients, ensuring regulatory compliance. - Handling investment operations including portfolio valuation, multi-currency accounting, income and expense accruals, and dividend processing. - Preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP / IFRS. - Independently managing year-end audits and finalization of annual financial statements. - Preparation of monthly valuations, fund drawdowns, distributions, accruals, and expense reconciliations. - Maintaining double-entry bookkeeping in the accounting system. - Performing cash management and fund-level reconciliations. - Preparation of drawdown, equalization, distribution, and waterfall calculations as per fund documents. - Preparation of investor capital statements and IRR calculations.Requirements- Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Hands-on experience with Geneva fund accounting system.Interested candidates share your cv on mansi@#FundAccountingJobs #AlternativeInvestments #HedgeFunds #PrivateEquity #FundOperations #PortfolioAccounting #InvestorReporting #FinancialReporting #AuditHandling #RegulatoryCompliance #MultiCurrencyAccounting #CashReconciliation #CapitalCalls #Distributions #WaterfallCalculations #IRR #AssetManagement #BackOfficeOperations #mumbai #opportunity #geneva #FA #fundaccounting #financialreporting
