The company is known for it's design and eco-friendly Surface Coating Plants for Automotive OEM, Tier 1 & General Industries who seek to improve their product quality and achieve higher RFT, by means of strict adherence to processes and providing comprehensive project execution and service support.Role PurposeThe Program Manager – Strategic Initiatives will own, drive, and orchestrate Trutek’s most critical cross-functional initiatives that directly impact growth, scalability, and execution excellence.Reporting directly to the Founder, this role acts as the execution nerve center—ensuring that strategic priorities move from intent to outcomes with speed, discipline, and accountability.This is not a tracking-only PMO role. It requires leadership without authority, strong business judgment, and the ability to challenge, unblock, and deliver.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy-to-Execution Ownership- Translate Trutek’s growth priorities into clear programs, initiatives, and execution roadmaps - Define success metrics, milestones, dependencies, and ownership for each initiative2. Program & Portfolio Management- Manage a portfolio of high-impact initiatives (new business verticals, GTM, capacity expansion, systems, process improvements) - Track progress, risks, interdependencies, and resource alignment across initiatives3. Cross-Functional Leadership- Work closely with Sales, Projects, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and HR - Drive accountability and outcomes without direct reporting authority - Proactively identify bottlenecks and resolve or escalate decisively4. Founder & Leadership Enablement- Prepare structured weekly and monthly reviews for the Founder - Provide crisp insights, trade-offs, and execution recommendations - Act as a trusted execution partner to leadership5. PMO & Execution Discipline- Establish a lightweight but effective PMO framework - Introduce simple tools, dashboards, cadence, and governance (not bureaucracy) - Continuously improve execution velocity and predictabilitySuccess Metrics (KPIs)- % of strategic initiatives delivered on time and within scope - Reduction in execution delays and decision latency - Clarity and visibility of progress to leadership - Cross-functional alignment and ownership levels - Measurable impact on growth, scalability, or efficiencyIdeal Candidate ProfileExperience- 12–18+ years in Program Management, PMO, Business Operations, or Transformation roles - Experience working in engineering, EPC, manufacturing, or industrial environments - Prior exposure to founder-led or mid-sized scaling organizations is strongly preferred - Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent initiatives (not single projects)Education- Engineering or Business degree required - MBA / PMP / PgMP preferred but not mandatorySkills & Leadership Attributes- Strong execution mindset with structured thinking - Ability to operate at both strategic and ground level - Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills - High ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguityConfident communicator who can challenge constructively
