The ERPNext Specialist will manage, configure, and optimize the ERPNext platform to support the hospital's operational and administrative processes. Responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, troubleshooting issues, providing user training, generating reports, and ensuring system updates and integrations function seamlessly. Collaboration with various departments to streamline workflows is also a key part of this role.Qualifications- Strong knowledge of ERPNext, its modules, and customization capabilities - Proficiency in system configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization - Experience in data analysis, report generation, and maintaining system updates - Ability to provide effective user support and training - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Good communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Experience in healthcare systems or hospital operations is a plus
