With a team of experienced professionals and renowned investors, we are united in our mission to solve the employability challenge and make a lasting impact on society.This is a high-energy, execution-driven role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, student-centric environments.Role Overview:NST is hiring a Campaigns & Performance Marketing Lead / Digital Marketing Strategist (Manager) — a data-driven performance marketer with deep expertise in paid channels, analytics, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will own the entire digital lead-generation engine — from media planning and creative strategy to tracking, attribution, and ROI optimization.Core Mandate:- Lead paid marketing strategy across Google, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads. - Drive website traffic, top-funnel growth, lead velocity, and conversions. - Plan, execute, and optimize media buying and budget allocation for CAC efficiency. - Manage conversion tracking, CAPI integrations, attribution modeling, and CRM syncs (Salesforce, HubSpot, CleverTap, etc.). - Apply CRO best practices and analytics-driven insights to improve funnel efficiency. - Partner with design/content teams to enhance creative performance. - Report and present campaign analytics through structured dashboards. - Contribute to SEO, remarketing, influencer, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.Ideal Candidate Profile:- Strategic yet hands-on with campaign execution. - Analytical, structured, and highly results-oriented. - Confident in collaborating with creative and tech teams. - Operates independently and delivers with accountability. - Comfortable working in fast-paced, 0→1 growth environments.
