Location: Meerut (preferred), Noida (acceptable) for the right candidate. Relocation assistance available.Business locations: Noida/NCR, Meerut, Mawana, Moradabad, BarautRole overviewYou will be the right hand to Aditya Tomar, founder of multiple startups: alcoholic beverages (import, wholesale, and retail presence), a compressed biogas (CBG) under construction, city services tender under Moradabad development authority, and a UP Board school. Your first priority will be to remove the founder as the single point of contact & failure by owning operations, human resources, and founder-level gatekeeping.This is a leverage role that will put you at the center of high-impact work: you’ll influence strategy and execution across multiple businesses, solve diverse operational challenges, and see the direct results of your decisions. For a motivated self-starter, it’s a chance to move fast, take ownership, and grow into a senior second-in-command role with meaningful responsibility and reward.Key responsibilities- Shadow the founder to learn business knowledge, context and decision-making. - Serve as the operations and people leader across all ventures - Identify work that can be converted into repeatable processes. - Assess training needs for current staff and gaps requiring new hires. - Propose operational workflows and documentation processes - Recommend relevant digital tools and lead their implementation and adoption. - Act as gatekeeper: screen incoming requests, surface only high-priority items to the founder, and resolve routine matters independently. - Manage special projects such as hiring, presentations, miscellaneous research, vendor selection, helps in managing business growth. - Personal & business admin: organize files, contracts, agreements, manage calendars and travel - Finance support: expense tracking, basic bookkeeping reconciliation, and maintaining visibility into business accounts.Who you are (must-haves)- Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and decisive - Comfortable with frequent context switching and interfacing with urban and rural individuals - Acumen for basic accounting, financial tasks, and technical research. - Digital literacy: Google Workspace / Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software. - Ability to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice. - Fluent in Hindi (verbal, reading, writing) and English (reading, writing).Compensation, benefits, work environmentCompetitive salary + sign up and performance bonuses + travel DA.Health insurance for you and your family6-day work week (Sundays off + public/bank holidays).
