About the RoleWe’re seeking a Social Media Manager who is equal parts strategist and storyteller—someone who knows how to turn brand goals into scroll-stopping, share-worthy content. This role will work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to create compelling social media campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and community for our skincare brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense and a sharp understanding of what performs on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.Company DescriptionGhar Soaps is a skincare brand based in Pune, focused on simplifying skincare routines for effective results. With an emphasis on natural ingredients and straightforward products, Ghar Soaps aims to elevate the everyday skincare experience.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns - Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing team to plan, brief, and curate influencer-led content aligned with brand storytelling - Manage day-to-day content calendars across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and others - Conceptualize and oversee eye-catching, trend-driven content such as reels, product videos, UGC, and community engagement posts - Analyze engagement metrics to optimize content performance and identify growth opportunities - Stay updated on social and beauty trends, platform updates, and viral formats to keep the brand fresh and relevant - Work closely with performance and brand marketing teams to integrate organic and paid strategiesRequirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 4–6 years of experience managing social media for consumer, D2C, or beauty/lifestyle brands - Strong creative and visual sensibility with a keen eye for aesthetic, trend-driven content - Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) - Experience working with influencers and creators for content ideation and collaboration - Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an understanding of brand tone
