Job Summary The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with business leaders and managers to align HR strategies with business objectives. This role focuses on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and HR advisory, acting as a strategic partner while ensuring strong HR operations and compliance. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions aligned with business goals Translate business requirements into effective HR initiatives and policies Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters Talent Management & Workforce Planning Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality hiring Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives Performance Management Manage end-to-end performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, appraisals) Coach managers on performance improvement plans and feedback conversations Support leadership in identifying high-potential employees Employee Relations & Engagement Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Ensure a positive employee experience and healthy workplace culture Drive engagement surveys and action planning Learning & Development Identify training needs in collaboration with business heads Support implementation of learning, leadership development, and capability-building programs HR Operations & Compliance Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance Support audits, HR documentation, and HR MIS/reporting Partner with payroll and HR operations teams for smooth execution Change Management Support organisational change initiatives such as restructuring, role changes, and culture transformation Assist leaders in managing communication and employee transitions Required Skills & Competencies Strong business acumen with an understanding of HR best practices Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Hands-on experience with performance management and employee relations Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance Data-driven approach with HR analytics exposure Qualifications & Experience MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent 4–5 years of experience in an HRBP or HR generalist role Experience working closely with leadership teams Prior exposure to fast-growing organisations or startups is a plus
