We are now seeking a dynamic *Head of Performance Marketing* to lead our digital growth journey and drive direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales. --- Key Responsibilities - *D2C Growth Leadership*: Own and scale Ajmal’s D2C website sales through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media channels. - *Performance Marketing Strategy*: Develop and execute ROI-driven campaigns across search, social, display, and affiliate networks. - *Analytics & Metrics Evaluation*: Establish clear KPIs, track performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, conversion rates), and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency. - *Budget Management*: Plan, allocate, and optimize performance marketing budgets to deliver sustainable growth. - *Cross-Functional Collaboration*: Work closely with e-commerce, creative, and product teams to align campaigns with brand objectives and consumer insights. - *Innovation & Experimentation*: Identify new growth opportunities, test emerging ad formats, and leverage automation tools for campaign optimization. - *Team Leadership*: Build and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. Desired Skills & Experience - 8–12 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of scaling D2C e-commerce sales through Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms. - Experience in managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI. - Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. - Prior experience in luxury, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.
