Main Responsibilities Understand customer drawings and requirements, interpret specifications, and conduct manufacturability assessments, including Molding Feasibility Studies for new components. Prepare detailed DFM reports and review them with customers to ensure accurate design execution and alignment with requirements. Perform Mold Flow analysis according to DFM guidelines and review results with customers. Develop Mold designs that comply with customer specifications, company standards, and manufacturing requirements. Create and release complete 2D drawings for Mold manufacturing and quality assurance purposes. Review and approve design inputs such as part measurement and quality data to ensure correct Mold development. Travel to supplier locations Pan India or overseas (as necessary) to validate design concepts, perform design reviews, and ensure alignment with project goals. Coordinate with Mold suppliers on design-related topics, providing necessary documentation and clarification. Maintain and compile all Mold design records and relevant documentation in an organized, timely manner for easy reference and compliance. Travel to customer locations (as required) to support Mold trials and demonstrate Mold performance according to standard operating procedures.
