Trusted by businesses across industries, Bacon enables teams to move from idea to impact faster than ever.Role Overview: Product Marketer We’re looking for a Product Marketer to play a pivotal role in how users discover, adopt, and succeed with Bacon. In our product-led growth model, this role is mission-critical. You’ll own the entire user journey — from first touch to activation to expansion — ensuring Bacon markets itself through delightful experiences, clear value communication, and smart in-product engagement.This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, growth, and storytelling, and wants to shape how a category-defining AI product scales.What You'll DoDrive Product-Led Growth: Own the strategies that turn signups into active users and active users into advocates. Optimize onboarding flows, activation triggers, and conversion points throughout the funnel.Product Education: Create compelling content (tutorials, guides, walkthroughs, in-app tips, videos) that helps users unlock value quickly and independently.In-Product Messaging: Design and execute in-app campaigns, tooltips, and nudges that guide users toward key actions and features.Adoption & Retention: Identify drop-off points, run experiments, and implement tactics to improve activation rates, feature adoption, and retention.Go-to-Market for Features: Lead launches for new features and capabilities, crafting positioning, messaging, and rollout strategies that drive immediate usage.User Research & Insights: Talk to users regularly, analyze product data, and translate findings into marketing and product recommendations.Self-Serve Enablement: Build resources (help center, FAQs, templates, use cases) that empower users to succeed without needing support.Viral & Referral Loops: Identify and amplify opportunities for organic growth, word of mouth, and user-generated advocacy.What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a PLG or self-serve SaaS environmentDeep understanding of product-led growth principles and metrics (activation, retention, expansion, virality)Strong writing and communication skills; you can make complex products feel simple and excitingComfortable with data; you use analytics to inform decisions and measure impactExperience with in-product messaging tools, onboarding optimization, or experimentation platformsA bias toward action; you ship fast, learn quickly, and iterate constantlyFamiliarity with AI tools, creative software, or the creator economy is a plusGenuine curiosity about users and what drives their successWhy Bacon?Own a function that directly impacts growth in a product-led companyJoin an early-stage team building at the intersection of AI and creativityShape how a new category of product is understood and adoptedWork with a product that people genuinely love using
