Job Description:Payroll ProcessingEnd to end monthly payroll processing for all employeesValidation of attendance, leave and variable compensationPayroll reconciliation and verificationPreparation of payroll inputs, outputs, salary registers and reportsStatutory ComplianceCoordination and compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity and other statutory obligationsWork closely with the appointed external consultant for monthly filings and submissionsEnsure adherence to applicable labour laws and guidelinesHRMS and Employee SupportMonitor and maintain employee attendance, leave and data in KEKAAddress employee payroll and salary queries through ticketingMaintain employee records and payroll documentationFinance CollaborationCoordinate with Finance on TDS, GST and statutory accounting mattersSupport with audit requirements and financial documentationSalary structure changes and taxation updatesRequired Core SkillsAdvanced payroll processing knowledgeWorking knowledge of TDS, GST and income tax payroll rulesStrong knowledge of PF, ESIC and statutory complianceAbility to manage audits and monthly payroll cycles independentlyExperience in HRMS platforms (KEKA preferred)Understanding of labour regulations and payroll policiesJob Requirement:Experience RequiredMinimum 4 to 6 years of professional experienceAt least 2 years of independently managing payroll for a company with a headcount of 200 employees or moreHRMS experience and exposure to KEKA or similar platformsExperience collaborating with external consultants and finance teamsPreferred QualificationsGraduate or Postgraduate in HR, Accounting, Commerce or related fieldsPayroll certification or HR compliance certification would be an advantageWork ConditionsFull time role based in ColabaWork from office
