The US Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring quality candidates for various roles in the healthcare industry. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, developing job descriptions, and coordinating the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for clients. Qualifications Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting skillsMust have core Healthcare job Recruiting skills.Familiar with Healthcare License and certifications.Must have experience with Fast Paced Environment. Hiring and Customer Service skills.Strong Communication skills.Ability to work on-site in Kanpur.Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
