With a commitment to engineering excellence, product reliability, and business growth, Tata Electronics offers a unique opportunity for dynamic professionals to contribute to the future of electronics manufacturing.Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed analysis of factory costs, identifying and reviewing end to end make and non-make cost drivers, including labor rates, machine utilization, consumable expenses, overhead, and logistics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product cost engineering initiatives with overall manufacturing processes and organizational goals.Identify and execute cost‑reduction opportunities through material, design, and process optimization.Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial models that effectively capture product costs and pricing strategies.Utilize analytical skills to assess and optimize cost efficiency within the manufacturing environment and supply chain operations.Prepare and present cost analysis reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for cost management and reduction strategies.Strong communication and negotiation skills to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications: B. Tech. (Engineering) or Supply Chain experience is preferred.A minimum of 3 years of experience in cost engineering, procurement and financial analysis role is preferred.Experience in electronics manufacturing, data centers, or automotive industries, supply chain consultancy is advantageous.Strong proficiency in financial modelling, with a demonstrated ability to create and manage cost models effectively.Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to conduct in-depth analysis of factory costs and various cost components.An educational background in finance or accounting; advanced degrees in finance or supply chain management are preferred but not mandatory.
