The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The role involves identifying staffing needs, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill team requirements. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate records, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.QualificationsRecruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesExperience in maintaining hiring records and handling administrative tasks related to recruitmentAbility to collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategiesGood interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment platformsAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
