Role OverviewUnitic Exchange is looking for an experienced Legal Officer with hands-on exposure to crypto-related legal cases. The ideal candidate should be confident in court proceedings, well-versed in criminal and constitutional remedies, and capable of representing the organization effectively before legal authorities.Key Responsibilities1. Handle crypto, financial, and cyber law–related cases2. Draft, file, and manage Writ Petitions, Anticipatory Bail, and other legal proceedings3. Appear before courts, legal authorities, and enforcement agencies when required4. Coordinate with external counsels and internal compliance teams5. Provide legal opinions on regulatory, enforcement, and operational matters6.
