In this role, you will contribute to the design, integration, and optimization of ARM-based subsystems for AI’s next-generation SoCs.You will collaborate closely with architecture, verification, and physical design teams to deliver robust, high-performance, production-quality silicon.Key Responsibilities:Design, integrate, and customize ARM-based subsystems derived from Arm Corstone reference packages into AI SoCs.Develop, modify, and maintain RTL (SystemVerilog/Verilog) for CPU subsystems, AMBA interconnects, memory controllers, and peripheral IPs.Partner with architecture teams to define features, support microarchitecture updates, and meet performance, power, and area targets.Work closely with verification teams to debug functional issues and achieve coverage and quality closure.Support synthesis, timing analysis, and physical design teams during SoC execution and signoff.Drive design documentation, participate in design reviews, and support bring-up activities on emulation, FPGA, and early silicon platforms.Contribute to continuous improvement of SoC integration methodologies, scalability, and best practices.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.5–10 years of hands-on experience in SoC or subsystem design.Strong understanding of ARM architecture and AMBA protocols (AXI, AHB, APB).Proven hands-on experience with Arm Corestone-based platforms or similar ARM reference designs.Proficiency in RTL design and SoC integration flows.Strong debugging skills across simulation, lint, CDC, and synthesis environments.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional engineering environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with low-power design techniques, clocking strategies, and power-domain architectures.Familiarity with FPGA prototyping, emulation platforms, or early silicon bring-up.Exposure to AI/ML accelerator-based SoCs is a strong plus.Advanced degree (B.Tech / M.Tech / BE / ME / M.Sc / M.S) in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.Why Join?Work on cutting-edge ARM-based AI SoCs from concept to siliconCollaborate with experienced architects and silicon expertsOpportunity to influence next-generation subsystem design methodologiesHigh-impact role with real ownership and technical depth
