Wealth Manager Key Responsibilities: • Identify, connect with, and onboard new HNI & UHNI clients through personal networks, referrals, and market outreach. • Build lasting client relationships by offering tailored investment advice and conducting regular portfolio reviews. • Offer clients a comprehensive suite of financial products — from equity and mutual funds to PMS, AIFs, bonds, insurance, and structured products. • Conduct detailed risk profiling and financial planning to ensure every investment strategy aligns with individual goals. • Maintain and grow your AUM base through consistent engagement, transparency, and trust. • Stay ahead of market trends, global developments, and emerging opportunities to deliver informed advice. • Ensure all processes and recommendations are in line with company policies and SEBI regulations. Qualifications & Skills: • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related domains. • Certifications like CFP, CFA, NISM, or NCFM are an advantage. • Strong grasp of capital markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies. • Proven success in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Highly motivated, ethical, and driven by performance with a client-first mindset.
