If your answer is a confident yes, then we are looking for you.As a Project Manager – Interior Design & Execution, your primary goal will be to manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget. You will coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain quality standards, control costs and schedules, and deliver spaces that exceed client expectations. Join us and make an impact.Key roles and responsibilities•Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects, from initiation to successful handover.•Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, translate design concepts into actionable plans, and ensure alignment with project objectives.•Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and cost parameters.•Coordinate seamlessly with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency and project continuity.•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance, proactively addressing any challenges.•Ensure all projects comply with statutory regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices throughout execution.•Track key milestones, manage interdependencies, and provide transparent progress updates to stakeholders.•Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and execute contingency plans to safeguard project delivery.•Manage scope changes, variations, and client requests while minimizing impacts on cost and schedule.•Drive timely project closure, ensuring snag resolution, proper documentation, and client satisfaction.Educational Qualification & Skills Required•Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.•Minimum 5 years of project management experience in interior fit-out or construction projects, including food courts and restaurant openings.•Strong expertise in budgeting, risk management, and construction execution.•Hands-on experience with MEP, HVAC, civil works, drawings, and leasing, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory guidelines.•Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project for planning, design, and project tracking.•Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.Message from CEO:We've come to realize that we're not merely in the B2B Food service industry; we're in the business of 'Capturing Hearts.'
