Role OverviewThe CSR Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships and funding for the Foundation’s ongoing and upcoming social impact projects. This is a high-impact role requiring proven expertise in engaging with corporate donors, CSR heads, and foundations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a strategic plan to secure CSR funding from corporates, PSUs, and philanthropic institutions.Build and nurture strong relationships with CSR decision-makers and corporate partners.Identify potential CSR partners aligned with the Foundation’s focus areas—environment, sustainability, and community development.Prepare proposals, concept notes, and project reports tailored to donor requirements.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely implementation and reporting of CSR projects.Track CSR trends, government regulations, and company CSR spending to identify new opportunities.Represent the Foundation at CSR forums, networking events, and corporate meetings.Desired Candidate Profile8–10 years of relevant experience in CSR fundraising, especially in securing funds from corporates.Established network with CSR heads and decision-makers across industries.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about social impact and sustainability.Female candidates from Delhi/NCR will be preferred.
