The role sits at the core of Avid’s brand and marketing function and is responsible for translating complex, technical information into clear, consistent, and high-quality visual communication across global touchpoints.The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the execution of all brand and marketing design requirements, including corporate branding, product collaterals, technical documents, digital assets, and exhibition materials. This role requires strong hands-on design capability, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across a wide range of formats.The role involves close day-to-day collaboration with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams and requires comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute corporate branding materials, including logos, brand assets, internal templates, and visual systems in line with Avid’s brand guidelines.Create marketing and sales collaterals such as brochures, flyers, application guides, quality manifestos, presentations, and technical documents.Develop digital design assets including social media creatives, banners, website visuals, and email marketing assets.Design exhibition and trade show materials, including booth graphics, backdrops, stand collaterals, and event branding.Translate technical and product information into clear, visually structured design outputs suitable for global B2B audiences.Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines and business priorities.Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver accurate, on-brand outputs.Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies when required to ensure design quality and execution standards.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong expertise in Graphic Design and Visual Communication.Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.Solid understanding of logo design, branding systems, and corporate identity development.Strong command over typography, layout, and print-ready design.Experience designing multi-page documents such as reports, brochures, guides, and presentations.Ability to work across both digital and print formats, including production-ready files.Strong attention to detail and quality, especially in technical and B2B communication.Ability to manage multiple design projects in parallel and meet deadlines consistently.Prior experience in a corporate, manufacturing, B2B, or agency environment is strongly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.What This Role Is (and Is Not)This is a hands-on senior execution role, not a purely conceptual or managerial position.The role demands precision, consistency, and reliability more than experimental design.Ideal for someone who understands corporate branding, structured layouts, and long-form content.
