Role Summary Own the logic, structure, and safety of user decision flows. This role ensures that complex agricultural intelligence is translated into clear, low-risk actions that users can trust. Responsibilities Decision Flow Architecture - Design state machines for onboarding, advisories, confirmations, retries, and recovery. - Define valid, invalid, and edge-case user paths explicitly. - Handle partial completion, abandonment, repetition, and re-entry. Error Prevention & Safety - Prevent incorrect actions through flow design rather than reactive error messages. - Design confirmation and verification loops for irreversible or high-impact actions. - Ensure users understand what action is being taken and why. Trust & Comprehension - Reduce cognitive load through sequencing, defaults, and progressive disclosure. - Implement redundancy where comprehension risk is high. - Handle confusion, hesitation, or inaction predictably. Iteration & Validation - Work with engineering, agronomy, and ML teams to validate flows. - Improve flows using observed behaviour and outcome signals.
