This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes across multiple business functions and provides an excellent learning opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordinationSource candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databasesConduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholdersMaintain and update recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS reportsEnsure smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and internal HR teamsSupport hiring for roles across Media, Technology, Design, Growth, SEO, Martech, Creative, and Business Development functionsAssist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvementsEnsure adherence to hiring timelines and recruitment best practicesEligibility & RequirementsGraduates or final-year students pursuing HR, Management, Psychology, or related fieldsStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferredPrior internship or exposure to HR or recruitment is an added advantageWhat You Will GainPractical exposure to high-volume and niche hiringHands-on experience in recruitment operations and stakeholder managementOpportunity to work with a dynamic HR team in a leading digital-first organizationLearning and mentorship in core Talent Acquisition processes
