This role involves end-to-end talent acquisition, proactive sourcing, and close collaboration with internal teams and hiring stakeholders.The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting fundamentals, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and prior Talent Acquisition experience in Sales, Operations, or Technical roles. This position requires high energy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements during US business hours.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination Prior TA experience in any of the following - Sales, Operations and Technical hiring is strongly preferred.Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, networking, and internal databasesConduct initial screening calls to assess communication skills, role fit, and technical or functional alignmentUnderstand technical roles and screen candidates against defined technical requirementsCoordinate interviews, share feedback, and ensure continuous candidate engagementPartner with internal teams and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring prioritiesMaintain accurate candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment metrics using ATS and sourcing toolsMeet recruitment performance metrics such as outreach volume, interview scheduling, and closuresEnsure timely, professional, and clear communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring processRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline3 – 6 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition.Prior TA experience in Sales, Operations, or Technical hiring is strongly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage candidatesHigh energy, learning mindset, and performance-driven attitudePreferred SkillsStrong experience in sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searchAbility to manage candidate outreach, follow-ups, and engagement effectivelyExperience handling end-to-end recruitment or multiple roles simultaneouslyGood understanding of recruiting metrics, pipelines, and performance trackingStrong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and internal stakeholdersAbility to work closely with hiring managers and internal teamsTarget-driven mindset with the ability to meet recruitment KPIsComfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environmentsPerks & BenefitsFamily Health InsuranceProvident Fund benefitsNight Shift AllowanceSafe and reliable cab facility for pickup and dropRewards & Recognition programsEnergetic work environment with monthly and quarterly engagement activities
