Build your future with us!About The Job: In an ever-changing and evolving (SFDC) landscape, WillScot India IT GCC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA specialist to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our Salesforce applications. This role requires hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, REST API validation, performance testing, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to validate complex business processes and integrations in a dynamic, global Salesforce environment.What You'll Be Doing:• Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners in Agile/Scrum environments to understand designed solutions to inform test script writing and impact analysis.• Write and execute QA test scripts for thorough testing of enhancement or defect in question. Include both positive and negative testing along with appropriate regression testing within SFDC and all adjacent, impacted systems.• Create and maintain automation scripts using frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, Apex Test Framework, and tools like Postman• Interface with the technical and BSA team to communicate defects and errors as needed • Manage time and expectations regarding development completion, testing, and business review for release management deadlines.• Maintain detailed documentation of testing process, results, and feedback. Utilize this knowledge to foster a smooth rollout process through special attention to user experience and collaboration with training team (as needed).• Contribute to enhancing QA processes and methodologies.• Test end-to-end integrations with external systems for data flow.• Assist business users with User Acceptance Testing.• Provide clear test reports, metrics, and status updates to stakeholdersEducation and Qualification:• Education level: Bachelor’s degree• Preferred Education Level: Bachelor’s degree and IT related experience• Years of related experience: 5 years+ Proven experience in Salesforce QA Including work exposure in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud/ Experience Cloud/ Revenue Cloud/ Marketing Cloud.• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization (Workflows, Triggers, Apex), SDLC, Agile/Scrum• Proficiency with test management (JIRA), automation (Selenium), API testing (Postman), and bug tracking tools • Understanding of DevOps/ Agile Development operating model.
