Job Title: Aladdin Reconciliation Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 3–5 Years Notice Period: Immediate To 30 days Primary Responsibilities - Develop a complete understanding of Equity and Fixed Income product profiles - Review, investigate, and action open reconciliation breaks on a daily basis - Clear reconciliation breaks after thorough internal investigation - Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with global counterparts - Liaise with global teams and vendors to maintain accurate books and records - Prepare and present periodic risk and exception reports to senior management - Participate in projects related to reconciliation and operational improvements - Identify, escalate, and follow up on risk issues with relevant stakeholders - Coordinate effectively with offshore and remote teams Mandatory Skills & Experience - Strong experience in Reconciliation within Capital Markets - Hands-on exposure to Equity, Fixed Income, and Asset Management operations - Aladdin tool experience is mandatory - Prior experience in Fixed Income Operations Good to Have - Deeper functional knowledge of Aladdin platform - Experience working with global stakeholders
